Winter Update 2021
Drayton Ridge was a very busy place over the fall and early winter of 2020 in spite of the hurdles brought about by COVID-19. Our two builders Allen Remley Homes and Jeff Duimering experienced strong new home sales and currently have a number of new homes under construction including two new model homes.
We are very excited about the many possibilities coming to Drayton Ridge as we move forward to our next phase of development and the opening of Bedell Drive extension
The next phase will open up our second Town Home 9 unit Block and our first 12 semi home lots late in 2021. The Bedell Drive extension will also give us access to our Agrihood project in the fall of 2021.

Fall Update 2020
LIKE THE SUMMER AND SPRING TIME, OUR FALL WILL FEEL A LITTLE DIFFERENT THIS YEAR AS COVID-19 CONTINUES TO EFFECT OUR LIVES, THE THINGS WE DO, HOW WE WORK AND SPEND OUR DAYS.
WE WANT TO TAKE THIS TIME TO THANK ALL OF THE ESSENTIAL WORKERS THAT ARE ON THE FRONTLINES HELPING OUR COMMUNITY & COUNTRY DURING THIS TIME.
OUR TWO BUILDERS, DUIMERING HOMES AND REMELY HOMES HAVE BEEN VERY ACTIVE OVER THE SUMMER BUILDING NEW MODEL HOMES AND HOMES FOR NEW RESIDENCE AT DRAYTON RIDGE. WE CONTINUE TO TAKE EVERY POSSIBLE PRECAUTION TO ASSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR NEW CLIENTS TOURING OR PROPERTY AND MODEL HOMES AS WELL AS THE WELLBEING OF OUR SUB-CONTRACTORS ON THE DEVELOPMENT SITE.
FOLLOWING THE TOWNSHIP OF MAPLETON APPROVAL TO PERMIT OUR EXTENSION OF BEDELL DRIVE, WE ARE DELIGHTED TO ADVISE WE PLAN TO PROCEED WITH THE BEDELL DRIVE EXTENSION IN LATE FALL OF 2020.
THE BEDELL DRIVE EXTENSION WILL LEAD THE WAY FOR THE RELEASE OF OUR BLOCK 91A 9 UNIT TOWNHOME, 7 GREAT NEW SINGLE FAMILY HOME LOTS AND OUR FIRST EVER 12 SEMI HOME LOTS. BASED ON CURRENT PLANS THE NEW BUILDING LOTS WILL BE AVAILABLE LATE 2020.
IN ADDITION THE BEDELL DRIVE EXTENSION WILL PERMIT ACCESS TO OUR HIGHLY ANTICIPATED AGRIHOOD PROJECT, MUCH OF THE LAND PREPARATION FOR AGRIHOOD IS ALREADY UNDERWAY.

DRAYTON RIDGE RECEIVED BY-LAW APPROVAL FROM THE COUNTY OF WELLINGTON AND THE TOWNSHIP OF MAPLETON TO EXTEND BEDELL DRIVE.
THE EXTENSION OF BEDELL DRIVE WILL GIVE ACCESS TO THE AGRIHOOD DEVELOPMENT, OPEN UP 19 NEW LOTS FOR BOTH SINGLE AND SEMI-DETACTHED HOMES, AND A 9 UNIT TOWNHOME BLOCK.
THE BEDELL EXTENSION IS TENTATIVELY PLANNED FOR LATE 2020 OR EARLY 2021.
